9. Delivery Time & Conditions

All delivery times are estimates. Turkish Delivery shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect destination or contact details.
• Unavailability of the recipient within 10 minutes.
• External conditions like traffic, weather, or roadblocks.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we work to maintain service quality, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from platform use.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time without prior notice, particularly in case of term violations.

12. Account Security

• You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
• Report any breach immediately.
• We may temporarily or permanently disable your account if misuse is detected.

13. Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30-day notice. Final settlement of dues is required before closure.
